How can an employer know who is bad & who is good, especially if the boss doesn't know these employees? A man gave a good answer to this question. He said that the boss couldn't know who was telling the truth RIGHT THEN FROM HEARSAY ALONE. You can tell your boss but the boss needs to wait to see if it's true. The criminal needs to be caught red handed. If the boss sees the crime, then he or she can make a decision, a resolution for solving the situation. It takes patience. Please wait. Rome wasn't built in a day. Talk about life. Talk about problems. Write things down. Tell people about problems & about life. Try to be efficient. Try not to complain too much, but please don't be too quiet either. Find a balance between not talking and talking too much. Abused staff could choose to leave, to quit, to find new jobs (work, employment, careers) if they need to. We have the freedom to make choices. We usually regret not doing things. Do more or regret inactivity later. Live more. Make mistakes. Take risks. Help people. Educate others while learning, living, working, playing. Risks over regret. Hope over dope. Joy over circumstances. Oatmeal over Oreos. Love through action. Seek after grace over justice, integrity, honesty, transparency, morality, absolutes, objectivity over subjectivity, nationalism over globalism, greenhouse gardens, solar power, independence, choices, freedoms, liberties, potential, destiny, & agape fire monkeys. Revolution. Renovation.
