Stop when you don't understand a word. Hiểu không? Understand? Look up words. Sometimes, you may skip some words. Sometimes, you may focus on the more important words. You can learn how to "Skim Read." You can learn how to "Scan Read." You can learn how to read better & listen better. Ask people to talk slower or louder. Repeat what people say. Watch speeches & job interviews. Watch films & videos where people are talking clearly instead of mumbling. Learn fundamental English firstly & foremost instead of getting lost in too much slang, idioms, phrasal verbs, & other street pops that even native English speakers may ponder. First learn conversation English & then learn pronunciation English. After that, learn some grammar to help supplement it.

Learn English through music, videos, CC, lyrics, subtitles, books, games, dance, video games, ideas, art, food, topics, subjects, majors, journals, through what you read on Facebook (Google Translate it; just a few minutes each day), through conversations, online, offline, through different methods, styles, with teachers, family, friends, strangers, customers, staff; focus on what works. If a certain method works for you, do it again and again. Different people learn better through different ways. Different strokes for different folks. We don't always learn best the same ways. Find coaches that can push you past your limits. Life is amazing. Do your best in all that you do. Remember the CC button on YouTube videos. Never stop learning & share what you learn with others.
