Can
I rent a room now? My visa expired the 9th of December 2015. If I find a
room, maybe my landlord can help register me (fill out a residence
card) with the police, the ward committee. Maybe, residence can help me
extend my visa. Maybe, I'm not on a very bad black list.

Can I visit Cambodia now instead? Can a travel agency in Vietnam help me like they did last year (2015)? Can they call an agency in Cambodia? Can they make an invitation letter or something that can allow me to return to Vietnam without a VN residence and even after overstaying over a month?

Maybe these are my top two choices, remedies, solutions, answers which can maybe help me with my visa and residence problem currently. A third option would be to stay in Vietnam until I the police find me or something. That option is a bad idea. Leaving Vietnam is a dangerous option because I may not be allowed back... or maybe I can return to Vietnam with no problems.... but I want to stay in Vietnam first and try to find some kind of solution or something...

Travel agencies promised to help but failed... they should be punished for their crimes.... why am I punished for what they did?

I am kicked out of Vietnam because of a black list, then why would I
want to come back? It seems that people do not want me to be here. If
you want me to be here, do something about it. Do not pretend to want me

truth is...people are wondering why a 31 year old man can't sort this
out for himself. Visa rules are quite clear and plain. For tourism you
need a tourist visa. For work you need a work visa. End of. glasses emoticon
