When you don't have it, then you miss it more than before.

Some houses or households contain three generations.

The older or 1st generation try to tell their children about how life was, both good and bad, but that 2nd generation did not experience those things but will tell their kids about life too.

This is a big problem because people start to forget things when things are not really passed on from one generation to the next.

Grandpa said, I had a tub. The father, said, what? What is a tub? Oh, but I had a shower. Then the son says, what is a shower?

I just have a toilet.

Grandpa: I had a tub.

Pa: What is a tub?

Pa: Never mind. Who cares.

Pa: I had a shower.

Son: What is a shower?

Son: I have a toilet. I have to clean my body from toilet water. But I am happy with that.

Grandpa was rich and had a tub in a big house.

Father had less money and only had a shower in a second house.

Son grew up and bought a house with a toilet and no shower. Son was more poor.

Over time, they forget things.

It depends on people's thinkings.

I try to learn history because I do not want to forget things.

I do not want to have only a toilet and not know that I am missing something.

Ignorant: when you do not know that you do not know more about something. It is like you do not know you don't know everything.

I try not to be ignorant and try to think I do not know everything.

Ignore. Ignorant. Forget. Do not know.

.

Arrogant: you do not care about what you do not know.

.

When you try to correct arrogant people, they say they do not care. But ignorant people just may not know about it.
