It is like buying tea to look at but you cannot drink it.

Please do not say you can just buy an apartment for 50 years. I would call it a rent since you cannot burn it down or do whatever you want with it.

Countries change and things are getting better with capitalism and nationalism and other things with the good people and potriots in many countries around the world in countries like the USA and also Vietnam and Korea and in Europe and it takes education and you should not seek to break laws or to fight in wars.

But education is something that takes years of diligence to endure and we make things better when we do not run away from problems to other countries while foreigners and companies take over Vietnam while the best and brightest in Vietnam run away.
