Racism is not as real as they say and we care more about results and whether you can do the job or not and not so much with your gender or color or religion or ethnicity or size or height or weight or sexual orientation or whatever.

Racism is like when white people hate black people and then fire them or don't give them jobs or treat them differently or other things. Or is it when blacks hate whites or yellows or others.

People say racism is a problem but this problem is not as big as they think it is. And there are other problems much bigger than racism all around the world.

In Chicago (USA), over 95% of the crimes is between black people and other black people fighting with each other but not between different colors (racism). Over 90% of murders is blacks killing blacks in Chicago.

Statistically, normally, generally, blacks are more violent than whites.

.

Blacks fall into poverty like Asians, and they generally steal more to compensate.

.

Blacks are more serious and bigger and stronger than Asian, normally, and will react faster, bigger, louder, than Asians and whites.

.

On an average, white people tend to be smarter, and blacks tend to be bigger, and Asians tend to be smaller and more consistent, faithful.

When you do consistent work it is like you do the same work the same time each time in the same way.

Consistency is a pattern.

Pattern is a repeated thing.

Our pattern is to meet and then stop at 8.

Consistent people are more reliable and faithful and dependable.
